Deck Height: Usually 48 to 60 inches (120–150 cm) from the ground, maximizing clearance over rough terrain. Load Capacity: Typically engineered to carry between 30 to 60 tons. Axle Configuration: Built with 2, 3, or 4 axles using mechanical spring or air suspension systems. Standard Flatbed: A completely open deck with no sides or roof, offering maximum flexibility for top or side loading. Container Chassis: A skeletal high bed frame equipped with specialized twist locks to secure standard ISO 20ft or 40ft shipping containers. Side Wall / Stake Trailer: A flatbed configuration fitted with removable sideboards or steel stakes to safely haul loose cargo like agricultural goods or brick palleting. Extendable High Bed: Built with a telescoping frame that pulls apart to accommodate over-length items like steel beams, wind turbine blades, or piping.
