Concrete Boom Pump
Hopper Collection: Mixed concrete is poured directly into the truck’s rear hopper. Piston Pumping: Twin hydraulic pistons work in tandem—one pulls concrete in, while the other pushes it forcefully into the pipeline. S-Valve Control: An oscillating valve alternates the flow smoothly into the steel delivery pipes running along the robotic arm. Remote Operation: An operator uses a wireless remote to unfold, rotate, and guide the robotic arm to the exact pour zone. Outriggers: Hydraulic support legs extend from the truck base to lock the machine in place and prevent tipping under heavy operational loads. Articulating Boom: Multi-section folding hydraulic arm that can reach heights and distances exceeding 50 meters. Delivery Hose: A flexible whip hose at the end of the boom for fine-tuned placement.
